ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Corporate Director Program is a six-day professional development intensive for current or prospective board members.
The program is unique, developed with the support of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), with the assistance of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and the Embassy of Great Britain in Ukraine in 2017.
The Program was developed on the basis of the methodical materials and standards of the IFC, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), SpencerStuart, the Chartered Governance Institute (UK) and other leading institutions involved in the establishment and development of proper corporate governance in the world.
Training format: offline, online or blended
Two three-days modules:
Autumn 2022: І Module: September 15-17 , II Module: September 29 – October 01
Winter 2022: Module I: November 24-26, Module II: December 08-10
