A high-level public–private dialogue in Kyiv, co-led by the Ministry of Education and Science (MoES) and UNICEF, bringing together national ministries, local governments (Hromadas), business associations/chambers and leading employers to discuss how Ukraine’s new preschool education reform can enable employer–community solutions and family-friendly workplaces, primarily through workplace kindergartens and other new types of preschool education.
