For the first time in 24 years of its existence, Ukrainska Pravda will present its project “UP 100. Women’s Power.”
Since the beginning of the Russian full-scale invasion, women leaders have been defending Ukraine at the front line side by side with men, turning difficult circumstances into opportunities for their businesses or communities in civilian life, and moving the country forward.
These are the faces of women who volunteered or joined the army during the early stages of the full-scale invasion. These are the women who have driven science, education, culture, and business forward during the most difficult period in the Ukrainian state's history.
The editors of Ukrainska Pravda, in collaboration with independent experts, selected 100 leaders from the “UP100. Women’s Power” project in eight categories: defenders, society, business, politics and public administration, culture, creative industries, sports, education, and science.
The event will take place in Kyiv on 20 March in a semi-charitable format, with 50% of the ticket price going to the army.
