The Chamber met online with Yuliya Svyrydenko, First Deputy Minister for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture to discuss recent Government’s decision on enhancing quarantine measures in January 2021 as well as its potential impact on business.

1. Facilitate smooth business processes in January 2021:
- full-scale operation of the food industry including packaging market
- improvement of requirements to restaurants & cafes
- peculiarities of retail operation
2. Amendments to CMU Resolution #341 on declaration of prices for socially significant and anti-epidemic goods during the quarantine.
3. Moratorium on the state inspections during the quarantine and clarification from the Ministry on its application.
4. Digitalization in the HR sphere and remote work regulation.
