During the meeting, participants focused on the discussion of the issue of purchases of domestic government bonds by charitable organizations, including military domestic government bonds, in particular, the impact of such purchases on the status of a non-profit organization, the experience of neighboring countries and consideration of wartime realities as well as other problematic issues in this area.
