The meeting was devoted to the discussion of the implementation of the Law of Ukraine #3141-IX “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Prevention of Overuse in Wholesale Energy Markets” aimed at the establishment of the European Union Regulation #1227/2011 on REMIT, namely registration of wholesale energy market participants, disclosure of insider information, enforcement of investigations into overuse, and exclusions from REMIT during martial law.
