According to the UN data, as of August 23, 2022, more than 6.8 million refugees from Ukraine recorded across Europe. Among other issues faced by Ukrainians abroad is the issue of individuals’ tax residency determination. The meeting was devoted to discussing the scope of taxation issues faced by Ukrainians in different countries due to the need for a temporary relocation.
