Key objective of the event was to discuss the need to launch the work of the High Court of Intellectual Property in Ukraine and determine the basic principles for its effective functioning in order to ensure an adequate level of intellectual property rights’ protection.
Members of Parliament, as well as representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, the Supreme Court, Intellectual Property Research Institute, Queen Mary University of London, were invited to join the discussion.
