The meeting was devoted to discussing changes to customs legislation in the context of preparing a new Customs Code and European integration, in particular:
- future changes in goods declaration technologies
- updating customs procedures in the context of the draft new Customs Code
- problematic issues of applying authorizations in practice
In addition, the possible consequences of the end of the transition period in April 2026 for the application of customs rules for a number of special customs procedures were discussed, which may affect the customs processes of companies, in particular in the field of temporary importation, processing, and customs warehouse, etc.
