Agenda:
1. Tax issues:
- further cooperation with the State Tax Service on VAT refund and tax checks issues
- Draft Procedure introducing compliance of controlled operations’ conditions of raw materials due to the “arm's length principle”
2. Logistics issues:
- results of recent meeting with Oleksandr Kamyshin, Acting Head of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” on the issues related to transportation of grain by railway
- further dialogue with Ukrzaliznytsia
3. Issues related to export of certain agricultural products to China.
4. Issues regarding preliminary margin volumes for export of grain.
On August 30, 2021 the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food presented Draft Annex to the Memorandum of Understanding, dated July 5, 2021, on the maximum export volumes of grain for 2021/2022 MY in the amount of 23,8 mln t. Also, the Ministry stressed that Draft Annex containing the final proposal will be shared at the end of September 2021.
5. Draft Law #6068-1 amending the Law “On Protection from Unfair Competition” regarding overcoming unfair competition practices in the field of agricultural supplies, registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on September 20.
