The meeting was devoted to discussing the issues related to the rule of law and the protection of investors’ rights, in particular:
- further implementation of judicial reform and ensuring the effective functioning of the justice system in Ukraine
- protection of investors’ rights in the context of improving the legal mechanisms and safeguards
- functioning of the international compensation mechanism, including the current state of its development, key architectural elements, and practical steps toward its implementation
