The first lobbying company in Ukraine, ADER HABER Government Affairs, continues the series of meetings “Dialogues with the Authorities”. This time our guests will be:
- Oleksandr Kamyshin, Strategic Advisor to the President of Ukraine
- Viktor Pavlushchyk, Head of the NACP
Moderator: Viktor Zalizniuk, Head of ADER HABER Government Affairs.
- The event will be dedicated to how business can build effective and transparent communication with the Office of the President, using defined points of contact and clear channels of interaction.
- The participants will discuss whether the legalization of lobbying can become a mechanism for combating corruption, as well as what steps the state is already taking to improve the legislative framework and create real transparency rules.
- Separately, it will be discussed how transparent lobbying mechanisms can strengthen the investment climate, ensure a balance between the interests of business and the state, and how business can avoid risks in communication with representatives of the authorities, in particular what should be recorded, published, and coordinated.
