The Draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Simplifying the Conditions for Conducting Business Activities During the Application of Martial Law (State of Emergency) in Ukraine" (#7331) has been finalized by the Parliament’s Committee on Economic Development for consideration in the second reading. The Draft Law is aimed at introducing of the procedure for carrying out economic activity based on declarations valid for the period of application of martial law into the relevant laws in Ukraine. During our webinar, we discussed the potential effect of proposed amendments on businesses, including those that are already operating using declarations.

  • Current regulation of the permit system during the application of martial law, contradictions between the norms of the relevant laws and by-laws
  • Draft law #7331 – stage of consideration, the importance of adoption
  • Declarative permit procedure and its features
  • Changing the list of business activities that cannot be conducted on the basis of declarations: consequences for business
  • Validity periods of declarations and obtaining permits after the end of martial law
