Knowledge Webinar

On 27 August, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a draft law introducing international automatic exchange of income data from digital platforms (Bolt, Airbnb, Booking, Uber, Glovo, etc.). The document implements the EU DAC7 Directive and OECD rules, introduces a preferential personal income tax (PIT) rate of 5% (instead of 18%), and grants platforms the status of tax agents. For businesses, this means new obligations: reporting, data retention for up to five years, increased oversight by tax authorities, and fines of up to 100 minimum wages. At the webinar, we discussed the key novelties of the draft law and provided practical recommendations to help businesses prepare for the new rules, reduce risks, and ensure transparency in the new regulatory environment.
