During the presentation, lawyers outlined the key aspects of conscription during mobilization, particularly highlighted Law #10449, amending certain legislative acts of Ukraine on specific issues of military service, mobilization, and military accounting, including but not limited to:
- lowering the maximum mobilization age for men from 27 to 25 years
- changes to military accounting of military personnel: updating data within 60 days at TCR and SS, CSC, or in the conscript's electronic account
- digitization: conscript, military personnel, and reservist electronic accounts; changes to notification and summons delivery procedures
- mobilization of students during a state of war: what has changed
- abolition of the "conditionally fit" category, undergoing military medical examination
- temporary restriction on the right to use transportation means: grounds, procedure
