As Ukraine endures its third year of Russia’s full-scale invasion, it faces severe disruptions. The National Bank of Ukraine predicts a prolonged post-war unemployment crisis. The reconstruction process is expected to generate an unusual economic and employment cycle that could persist for over a decade. While the unemployment rates in Ukraine will remain high, there will be an acute shortage of specific high-value workers needed to rebuild Ukraine physically and economically. Companies had an opportunity to discover how their business can not only gain access to a pre-trained talent pool but also shape the training programs to ensure a workforce that meets their evolving needs, all while streamlining and accelerating their hiring process.
