He was a leading Ukrainian Law and Government Relations Counsel at International Finance Corporation (IFC). He was also responsible for the Antitrust reform in Ukraine, the major part of which was successfully implemented. Yaroslav is a former Co-chair of the Competition Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
