He was Head of IR at two companies during active preparations for M&A and capital markets activity. Sam’s agency experience spans crisis communications and litigation support to regular IR and financial communications advisory. He is based in London.
Sergii Pershyn, Associate Director, Snow Hill. Sergii Pershyn has more than 10 years experience in media and investor relations. His experience includes developing and implementing national and cross-border PR strategies, establishing and raising corporate media profiles across various sectors, providing communications support for IPOs and M&As, as well as crisis communications. A native Ukrainian, Sergii is currently based in New York City.
