Although we were prepared by the lockdowns of previous years and established the processes and algorithms of remote work, there are new issues related to martial law in our country.
During the webinar we learned about solutions to such problems as:
- Fixing the actual location of employees/customers in different countries and different time zones
- Psychological stress of employees due to lack of corporate communications
- Slowing work processes down due to technical and technological shortcomings (unstable Internet connection, lack of necessary IT tools or software, etc.)
- Lack of funds to upgrade/purchase corporate IT tools
- Corporate data security and protection against unauthorized access to them
- Search for alternatives to the software produced by the aggressor country
