On March 31, 2021, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed in the first reading Draft Law #5153, which provides for the implementation of the tax amnesty campaign in Ukraine. Since this Draft Law is of particular interest to the state and was announced in the presidential program during the last elections as one of the priorities – there is no doubt that it is about to be passed. At our seminar, we told about what tax amnesty is in general, what it gives to the state and a taxpayer; whether participation in this campaign is obligatory and what happens if you "ignore" it; what assets can be declared under this campaign and will you have to pay tax on them; and much more.
