Following the strict quarantine introduced across the country in March 2020, in early May the Ukrainian Government presented long-awaited alleviations to the conditions of doing business. Having operated in a challenging environment for 2 months, companies from all sectors are now looking forward to the end of quarantine. To make the transition to business as usual as smooth as possible, most companies have to think ahead and develop action plans. Staff optimization, loans and debts, dispute resolution – these are the key issues which business will need to tackle. During the seminar, we discussed how to be better prepared for the post-quarantine reality.
