Margarita Karpenko, Country Managing Partner, DLA Piper Ukraine LLC. Margarita is an experienced lawyer working with clients from various sectors of business, including production, media, IT and FMCG. Margarita advises on a wide range of employment, labor and corporate law issues.
Maksym Tesliar, Associate, DLA Piper Ukraine LLC. Maksym has experience in advising clients on labor law and immigration matters. He focuses his practice on assisting clients in conducting labour law audits and labour law advisory with respect to workforce restructuring, as well as conducting labour law trainings.
Olena Konovalova, Deputy Director of the Labor Department of the State Labor Service of Ukraine. Olena has been working with the State Labor Service of Ukraine as a Labor Inspector since 2002.
