On June 4, 2025, Kyiv will host the 4th Ukrainian Construction Congress, bringing together leading developers, urban planners, architects, and investors to discuss Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction, innovative approaches to urban development, and investment attraction strategies.
The event is organized by DMNTR Media Group, a team with 25 years of experience in organizing large-scale business events that unite construction industry leaders, government representatives, investors, and public figures to address strategic development issues in Ukraine’s building sector.
The Congress will serve as a major platform for discussions on the future of Ukraine’s construction industry, expecting over 6000 participants, 250 experts, 60 exhibition stands, and 30 panel discussions featuring top-tier speakers.
Key Discussion Topics
This year’s agenda focuses on urgent matters in construction and architecture during the country’s recovery period. Ten main discussion panels will address:
- Post-war construction: how to attract funding and ensure rapid infrastructure restoration;
- Regional development: what’s needed to boost investment in Ukrainian cities;
- Ukraine’s economic breakthrough: how big business is shaping a new development reality;
- Project financing: where to find capital for large-scale construction projects;
- Demand for commercial real estate: evolving market trends and the role of hybrid spaces;

- Local production of building materials: reducing import dependency and fostering domestic markets;
- Future architecture: investments that redefine the urban landscape;

To enhance the effectiveness of negotiations, several key partners will host their own events within the framework of the Congress. These include: Ukrainian Developers Association, the All-Ukrainian Mayors Club, the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance, and the International Business Community Board. This collaboration will allow attendees to focus on specialized topics, increase forum efficiency, and expand the speaker and guest pool by involving experts from various fields.

A major highlight of the Congress will be the 2nd All-Ukrainian Competition for Architects, Developers, and Builders — “Creator of the Year 2025”, which will bring together 6,000 guests, 250 speakers, 60 partner booths, and showcase 600 architectural projects.
Ukrainian architects, developers, and construction companies are invited to submit either completed projects or renders created between 2020 and 2025.
