The meeting was devoted to the discussion of the recently introduced Licensing Agreement on subsoil use, its new provisions, and potential implications for existing and future projects, as well as the Government’s initiative to audit all subsoil users who have obtained permits for strategically important deposits and its potential impact on the sector.
