In times of the biggest hardship in modern European history after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the significance of mental health cannot be overstated, especially when we consider its impact on leaders navigating through times of crisis.
The workshop was designed to empower and equip female leaders and their teams with the essential tools to thrive in high-pressure environments, manage stress effectively, cope with posttraumatic stress caused by the war in Ukraine, promote work-life balance, and enhance self-care while making the most of their time.
