The NGO "Come Back Alive" is building and developing a veteran recovery ecosystem in Ukraine through adaptive sports. We discussed how, together with socially responsible businesses, the foundation creates recovery programs via sport, procures equipment for adaptive disciplines, develops training facilities, and runs educational initiatives to train specialists. We spotlighted successful collaborations with Ukrainian and international companies – particularly EPAM, whose representatives shared their experience working with “Come Back Alive” and the measurable results achieved for veterans and the country.
Participants had an opportunity to learn how sport-powered partnerships translate into meaningful recovery and reintegration.
