As part of the launch phase of the EnableMe Ukraine initiative “Ukrainian Business: Stronger with Inclusion!”, member companies of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine are invited to receive a complimentary Accessibility & Inclusion Risk Snapshot.
This is a concise, management-oriented assessment, specifically designed for executives and decision-making teams, enabling companies to effectively adapt to the current business environment in Ukraine.
The program will be available until 31 May 2026.
What the Risk Snapshot Offers
The assessment focuses on key risk and growth areas, including:
- legal, HR, reputational, and operational risks related to accessibility and inclusion;
- alignment with international expectations and ESG / DEI requirements;
- practical next steps that deliver the highest business impact with efficient use of resources.
Why This Matters Now
In the context of war and the rapid increase in the number of people with disabilities in Ukraine, inclusive practices have moved far beyond the scope of corporate social responsibility.
Today, accessibility and inclusion are critical tools for risk management, business resilience, talent retention, and reputation protection.
For international companies operating in Ukraine, accessibility and inclusion are increasingly becoming clear expectations from headquarters, investors, partners, and global supply chains.
Format
- online meeting;
- if required – a short educational webinar;
- outcome: practical, actionable recommendations focused on real business solutions.
The project is implemented by EnableMe Foundation, an international organization based in Switzerland with over 20 years of experience working with businesses on accessibility and inclusion across Europe, closely adapted to the Ukrainian context.
