KREDOBANK JSC is a universal commercial bank that provides services to both individuals and corporate customers as well as small and medium-sized businesses. KREDOBANK JSC operates in 22 regions of Ukraine and the city of Kyiv, and at the same time it is one of the regional leaders in Lviv region and Western Ukraine. In particular, among eight regions of the Western Ukraine, the market share of KREDOBANK JSC is 8% by customer deposits and 5% by loans granted. It is the largest bank with its head office in the Western region of Ukraine (Lviv city). The customer base covers 57 thousand corporate clients and SMEs, as well as 605 thousand individuals. The Polish bank PKO BP S.A. (Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności PKO Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna) is the owner of 100% of Kredobank's share capital. PKO BP S.A. is the largest Polish bank focused on mass services for individuals and corporate clients. Over 31% of PKO BP S.A. shares are controlled by the Polish state represented by the State Treasury and the National Economy Bank.
