Koç Construction operates under Sarıkoç Holding, a well-established group whose foundations were laid in 1969 in Istanbul, Türkiye. The company provides general contracting services at an international level and has played an active role in the delivery of large-scale, prestigious infrastructure and superstructure projects for both public and private sector clients.

Koç Construction’s scope of activities covers the full range of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services. This includes project design; management of construction machinery, equipment, and logistics; operation of concrete batching plants; reinforced concrete works, finishing works, and electromechanical installations; as well as project management and catering services. In addition, the Company continues to expand its activities in renewable energy, mining, and investment sectors, offering integrated and sustainable solutions to public and private sector customers.

With its qualified workforce and strong machinery and equipment resources, Koç Construction has the capability to adapt its operations to local requirements in the countries where it operates, in line with international project management standards. In this context, the Company established Koç Construction Ukraine, with the aim of cooperating with local and international public and private sector investors and employers in reconstruction and modernization projects in Ukraine, and of providing general contracting services in these projects.
