Treeum is a leading Ukrainian online financial supermarket that manages business media resources including minfin.com.ua and finance.ua with a total audience of 8 million visitors per month.
Treeum was founded by Sergiy Vinderskikh, Yevgen Izmailov and Ivan Yevtushenko in 2008. Minfin.com.ua is a website about finance and investments. It publishes articles on investing money, exchange rates, as well as data on banks and their products. The website helps to understand investments, compare and choose tools for investing money. Finance.ua is a website comparing financial products. This is a medium about personal finance. Founded in 2000, it became part of Treeum in 2016. Finance.ua allows users to compare the services of individual banks, credit and insurance companies and order them online.

In particular AEQUO conducted legal due diligence of the group, advised the client in on merger control issues, including obtaining the merger clearance approvals from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, and assisted with the negotiations and completion of the transaction.
