During the meeting, we discussed in details the opportunities of using digital documents from “Diia” application in retail, e-commerce and banking spheres, as well as how to integrate with “Diia”.

1. “Diia” in retail and e-commerce:
- purchase of alcohol/tobacco products (validation and verification of the customer's age);
- applying for a loan to purchase goods online;
- return of goods by the customer;
- issuance of paid online orders and delivery of paid goods;
- provision of documents, the owner of which is entitled to discounts, benefits.
2. “Diia” in banking sector:
- remote account opening;
- optimization of financial monitoring procedures;
- remote updating of customer data;
- sharing copies of the client's digital documents directly in the bank department.
