Dmytro Sennychenko presented a new Draft Law on privatization (Draft Law), developed by the State Property Fund of Ukraine. The Draft Law envisages amendments to 27 current laws and two codes – Budget and Tax. The Draft Law aims to make the privatization process even simpler, more transparent, and accessible, as well as to better protect the property interests of all its participants.
