Are projects in Ukraine developed with the participation of British architects?
The first facility was developed by Leslie Jones in collaboration with Urban Experts - the Ocean Mall concept and design. Among others: the commercial part of the White Lines residential complex, the "Mirax" residential complex, the design of the second stage of the Rive Gauche shopping center, the stage-by-stage design of the second stage of the Appolo shopping center (Dnipro).
Now, behind the partners, more than half a million projected meters have already been built and hundreds of concepts, audits, reconceptualization of shopping centers, residential complexes, cottage developments, railway stations, airports, hotels. Today, 9 shopping centers are in operation in Kiev and regions with an area from 12,000 m2 to 350,000 m2 and a total area of 1.5 million m2, 3 residential projects, including a complex in a prestigious suburb with an area of more than 150,000 m2.
To improve the quality of objects of international standard, a service appeared that does not require replacement of another bureau, which is already being designed, - architecture consulting support. Urban Experts is not only the development and design of the project, but also comprehensive support of the development project from the choice of location and creation of a design concept according to the highest international quality standards.
We care about the commercial efficiency of each property with maximum profitability and stable management. We also provide fundraising. The costs of cooperation with us are from 10 to 20 USD / m2 for all design stages. The developer will receive a reliable partner for building a highly profitable international-class project for only 1-2% of the project cost.
