For three months now, NAI Ukraine has returned to one of its priority tasks - the commercialization of the largest shopping and entertainment center project in Ukraine - BLOCKBUSTER MALL.
It's no secret that earlier the company's rental department has already shown impressive results, namely, the conclusion of 150 preliminary agreements with international anchor and fashion brands represented in Ukraine directly - H&M, Mango, LPP, LC Waikiki, DeFacto, McDonald's, as well as the main fashion groups, including MTI, MD group, Ultra Group, TD Mann, Delta Group, Invogue Fashion Group. Also among the merits of the company is the attraction of an anchor tenant of the household segment, previously not presented in Ukraine in the format of a full-fledged store, as well as the annual presentation of Blockbuster Mall within the framework of professional international exhibitions, including MAPIC (France), Retail Days (Turkey), and others.
NAI Ukraine plans to provide 80% occupancy by the end of 2020.
“The successful commercialization of Blockbuster Mall is our main goal. More than 10 in-house brokers are working on the project, meetings are regularly held both online and offline in order to attract new brands, including new ones for the Ukrainian market. We also engaged our international offices in order to improve the efficiency of communication with brands, ”says Vitalii Boiko, CEO of the company.
Last weekend, the innovative Galaxy Entertainment Park opened, which is the second largest indoor amusement park in Europe, surpassing MOIPark in Mall of Istambul and second only to Galaxy Park in Lavina. Already during the first weekend, the unique entertainment facility was visited by about 10,000 people, which confirms the correct choice of the anchor function and the relevance of the trend in the importance of entertainment functions for the mall.
