Kyiv, Ukraine, 9 September 2020 — Baker McKenzie's Kyiv office has advised Glencore Agriculture Limited, the agricultural commodities giant, on its acquisition of LLC Everi port terminal from the Orexim group of companies. Everi is a leading vegetable oil export terminal in the city of Mykolaiv, Ukraine, offering storage and loading services to first class international and domestic clients.
