EY Ukraine launches registration for the updated HR-certification program by People Advisory Services. The modular training program covers professional competences of HR. It is based on EY Talents management integrated model and on models of competences of the best practices (CIPD, SHRM, ATD, HRCI).
The program will take place online. The course is intended for HR-specialists, company management, staff involved in HR functions. All sessions will be delivered by EY Ukraine professionals.
On completion of the program, the participants will:
- Get through the EY Talents management integrated model and its components
- Get theoretical models and practical instruments for each HR function
- Get feedback from trainers
- Get a certificate after passing the final exam
The learning process has been adapted to distance learning, maintaining maximum utility and ease of use. The participants will have the opportunity to:
- Get acquainted with key theoretical concepts, tools and models
- Perform personal and group tasks, participate in general discussions with other participants
- Solve business cases and practice received knowledge on their own work tasks
- Pass the final test and receive a certificate of completion of the program
- Participate again in online or offline trainings to renew knowledge and update skills on relevant competences.
