The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to increase funding in the field of state export control to complete the creation and implementation of an electronic licensing system.
It is planned that a significant part of the funds will be directed to the introduction of an electronic licensing system, which is an extremely important issue in the context of optimizing the entire system of state export control over international transfers of military and dual-use goods.
It is assumed that the introduction of electronic licensing will automate the process of providing administrative services and supervision, ensure transparency and efficiency of decisions, reducing the "human factor" in their adoption, optimize data exchange and interconnection between government agencies involved in the export control system, and sub economic entities from submitting an application and obtaining a permit to reporting on the international transfer of goods subject to state export control.
