Sayenko Kharenko has been shortlisted in three categories at the Benchmark Europe Awards 2026, recognising both the firm’s disputes practice and its litigation leaders. Partner Oleksiy Koltok has been shortlisted for National Litigator of the Year: Ukraine, while partner Olga Vorozhbyt has been shortlisted for Central & Eastern European Women Litigator of the Year as the only Ukrainian lawyer in the category.

His recent work includes enforcement proceedings against BFC Gulliver in favour of a consortium of state-owned banks, representing Carlsberg in disputes related to a squeeze-out procedure, and acting for Kyivstar in a series of strategically significant land disputes.
Olga Vorozhbyt advises multinational companies on international arbitration, cross-border litigation, investigations and compliance across sectors including aviation, defence, banking, telecommunications and technology. Her experience includes acting in MH17-related proceedings before the Hague District Court and acting as an expert on Ukrainian law in foreign proceedings.
