The Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA) has announced the programme of the III UAA Arbitration Academy, taking place from 8 September to 12 November 2026, every Tuesday and Thursday at 18:00 Kyiv time, online.
This year's Academy features 19 lecturers, leading arbitrators and international lawyers specialising in international commercial and investment arbitration. The programme is structured into basic and special courses, and includes several new modules: Arbitration and EU Law, Research in International Arbitration, and Cross-Examination.
AmCham members seeking to develop their expertise in international arbitration are encouraged to register by 9 August 2026.
