Mondelēz Ukraine announces the completion of its legal form transformation and the state registration of Mondelēz Ukraine LLC.
The reorganization through the transformation of Mondelēz Ukraine Private Joint-Stock Company (PrJSC) into Mondelez Ukraine Limited Liability Company (LLC) has been carried out in accordance with the previously announced plans to further enhance the Company’s corporate structure.
Mondelēz Ukraine LLC is the full legal successor to Mondelēz Ukraine PrJSC and continues to assume all rights and obligations of the former entity. The company remains focused on developing its business in Ukraine by manufacturing and supplying products under well-known Ukrainian and international brands, providing employment opportunities, and supporting local communities.
