The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine held a meeting with Serhii Sukhomlyn, Head of the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine (Agency), and his Deputy, Ivan Lukeria, to discuss the Agency’s current priorities and capacity in the context of its expanded mandate.
The meeting covered Agency’s work over the past six months, with a strong focus on protecting and restoring critical infrastructure, as well as progress in implementing key recovery projects.
Participants also discussed community resilience planning, challenges in road sector financing, and opportunities for strengthening private sector engagement, including through public-private partnerships.
