FRACTAL, a Ukrainian IT group of companies, has launched FRACTAL PLUS — a free mobile application designed to help Ukrainians better understand themselves and make more informed, intentional career decisions. The app is now available on the App Store and Google Play.

What the App Does
FRACTAL PLUS includes 16 assessments that together form a comprehensive digital personality profile. The platform also offers CV analysis, personalized job recommendations, and curated learning opportunities.
Completing all 16 assessments takes approximately two hours and results in a detailed profile along with a personalized development roadmap tailored to each user’s strengths and goals.
Key Features
AI Consultant Fracty guides users through their results, asks follow-up questions, and helps translate self-insights into practical next steps — functioning as a personal development assistant.
Business Mentor Ice is an AI model trained on the practical experience of FRACTAL Founder Artem Borodatiuk, case studies from across the group's companies, and insights from his book For Managers. It helps users approach management challenges in a more structured and confident way.
The app currently features opportunities and resources from within the FRACTAL ecosystem, with plans to integrate external partner platforms and expand the range of jobs, courses, and assessments over time.
FRACTAL PLUS is built with enterprise-grade data protection standards. Data is securely stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, and user credentials and personal information are protected in accordance with industry best practices.
Mission
