The Steering Board includes:
- Oleksiy Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine
- Yehor Perelygin, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine
- Oleksandr Karasevich, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine
The Board of Directors consists of six managers, three from each side. The American side will be represented by three managers authorized by DFC through DFC Ukraine Subsoil, LLC.
