JUPITeR was established under a Memorandum of Cooperation on support for Ukraine’s infrastructure recovery, concluded between Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan.
The initiative aims to bring Japanese technology and expertise to the recovery process of Ukraine. It promotes cooperation in transport infrastructure, housing construction, logistics, and the restoration of critical infrastructure.
As part of the mission, we will host a workshop in Kyiv, on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, to facilitate business matching between Ukrainian private companies and Japanese companies.
We invite companies operating in relevant sectors and having interests in collaborating with Japanese companies and participating in reconstruction projects to register via the link below.
