In an electronic declaration, there are no trivial details – only consequences. This simple axiom is familiar to anyone who has faced NAZK inspections even once. At the same time, most declaration issues can be avoided by understanding the system's basic principles and knowing the most common mistakes made by declarants.

During the webinar, Anatoliy Pashynskyi, Partner at Vasil Kisil and Partners law firm with 10 years of experience in e-declaration, will explain how to correctly complete the 2025 electronic declaration – calmly, without rush, and without creating future risks.

Questions for discussion:

  • "Who needs me? I'm not a corrupt official," – why even an honest person should care about their e-declaration
  • How and when to best start working on your e-declaration
  • Online tools for filling out e-declarations – helpful and not-so-helpful ones
  • Most common declarant mistakes: case studies
  • Q&A session for all attendees
