The legal boutique VB Partners is expanding its partnership team. Serhii Boiko has joined the ranks of the firm’s partners.
Sergii joined our team in 2019 and has built an impressive career path – from Associate to Counsel, and now to Partner. Over the years, he has advised on dozens of high-profile projects for clients including the Ukrainian Association of Football, Comfy, Uklon, Helios Financial Corporation, Sumy Machine-Building Plant, and the top management of PrivatBank and Misto Bank.
