Sayenko Kharenko is pleased to welcome Oksana Ilchenko as a new partner. She will strengthen the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice and will foster employment practice.
With over two decades of hands-on experience, Oksana specialises in the transactional and the related regulatory, including competition, matters. Throughout her career, she has advised both Ukrainian and international companies.
Oksana is fluent in English and Polish, and her cross-cultural experience will facilitate effective communication with foreign clients and partners providing them with comprehensive support for their projects in Ukraine. Based in the Kyiv office, she will be advising on cross-border projects.

Oksana has higher education in law and international relations from the top Ukrainian universities as well as management education from INSEAD.
