Sayenko Kharenko assisted Hilltop Technologies, a US-based cybersecurity company, in entering the Ukrainian market by facilitating the launch of its R&D arm, SET Cyber Labs, in collaboration with SET University. Hilltop Technologies and SET Cyber Labs aim to make cybersecurity more accessible to higher education institutions, SMBs and NGOs while providing training for the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. Sayenko Kharenko provided full-scope legal support throughout the formation process, advising on corporate law and structuring matters.

Their expertise, efficiency, and focus on results were instrumental in ensuring the successful launch of SET Cyber Labs”, – said Nick Gicinto, Co-Founder of Hilltop Technologies.
