The meeting was devoted to the discussion of the implementation of the Law of Ukraine #3141-IX “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Prevention of Overuse in Wholesale Energy Markets” aimed at the establishment of the European Union Regulation #1227/2011 on REMIT, namely registration reporting “on behalf”, intragroup transactions, transit through Ukraine, etc.
