Founded 15 years ago with a vision of excellence, AVELLUM has become a prominent force in Ukraine’s legal landscape. Despite our modest beginnings, we have grown into a robust organisation consisting of 80 professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services.
In the face of ongoing challenges, such as geopolitical instability due to the ongoing Russian war against Ukraine and economic uncertainties, AVELLUM has shown resilience and determination in pursuing our goals. The firm’s commitment to growth and development has remained steadfast, allowing it to expand its team and sustain its internship programme in the face of adversity.
Our report showcases the firm’s dedication to strengthening the team through expanding partnerships and fostering trust within the organisation. It covers various aspects, including business and financial performance, successful deals, highly skilled team, collaborations with business and legal associations, community investments, and young legal leaders’ development support.
Throughout 2023, AVELLUM significantly contributed to the Ukrainian economy, with a total tax contribution of USD1.4M. Moreover, our team dedicated over 1,070 pro bono hours, showing our commitment to social responsibility. We have completed over 500 projects and promoted 60 team members throughout 2023.
